We serve individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use challenges, homelessness, and life transitions by offering compassionate, person-centered support and mental health resources.

We’re so glad you’re here. Mental wellness is important, and quality mental health care is available. We also know that therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. That’s why we view each request as unique and adapt our services and resources to meet every person’s needs.

To help as many individuals as possible, we work with licensed professionals who volunteer their services, ensuring equal access to quality mental health care throughout Maryland.
